TM Constructions Ltd vision would be to restore an island community base of local Ni-Van's with professional business and commercial structures to manage, operate and service the South Pacific Aid Management programs. All this to be serviced by its own airstrip. A somewhat related but contrary feature of transport in Vanuatu is that there is not much opportunity, due to travel times, costs and available services, to select an alternate mode of transport.
TM Constructions Ltd recognises the trade-offs, in terms of the costs of construction, maintenance and operation of the various possible alternative facilities and services, must take into consideration the fact that the costs may be borne by the public sector using GOV revenues, by the private sector through local or foreign private entrepreneurs, by grants or loans through multilateral or bilateral aid programs, or by any combination of these sources.
